1. Product Description

To produce PVDC wrap, advanced skills and technology are needed. With excellent transparency and glossiness, PVDC wrap is widely used in households and restaurants. Different from the ordinary plastic wrap, PVDC wrap is able to use in micro oven. It is extremely popular in Japan and has been widely accepted in its consumer market. In China, the concern about plasticizers in PVC-based wrap has been raised recently. As a result, there is a tendency that more cooperation and households are changing to use PVDC wrap.

2. Product Characteristics

a)    Able to use in micro oven. Usable temperature range: -60℃ to 140℃.
b)    Excellent resists to oxygen, water, bases, acids and solvents.
c)    PE wrap does not possess the same barrier qualities to oxygen, aroma, and flavor molecules that PVDC wrap do.
d)    Fulfill the GB9685 food safety requirement and Food Sanitation Act in Japan.

3. Standard

a) Product Width: As required. Mainly 250mm, 300mm and 450mm.
b) Product Thickness: 8μm - 11μm
c) Product Length: As required. Mainly 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m, 50m, 100m.

4. Application

Sealing food items in containers to keep them fresh over a longer period of time.
