1. Product Description
PVDC sausage casing film contains a remarkable barrier against water and oxygen. Therefore the shelf life of the sausage inside the package can be extended to about 9 months. The film is also very sensitive to heat that it will shrink under high temperature and attach to the sausage inside, which forms a beautiful appearance.
2. Product Characteristics
a) Oxygen transmission rate is less than 20cm3/m2 · 24h · 0.1MPa. It is effective in avoiding oxidation and keeping the aromas of the food.
b) Water vapor transmission rate less than 5g/m2 · 24h. This keeps the moisture inside the package.
c) The film will shrink under high temperature and attach to the food inside, which forms a beautiful appearance.
d) Available for heat sterilization up to 130℃.
e) Colors can be printed on the surface of the film.
f) Internal printing is also available to avoid scuffing in use and
gives the inks extra lustre.
g) It has a superior chemical resistance to alkalies and acids, is
insoluble in oil and organic solvents.
h) It provides a remarkable protection to the food inside even placing it outdoor and under the sunlight directly in a long period of time.
i) Fulfill GB9685 and German LFGB food safety requirement.
